When will my order be delivered?
We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

Returns PolicyWe would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from shopable.in. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. The refund amount will be credited back to your shopable.in account as a voucher or credit points. In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. similarly if the product is self shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled. In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.

What can I return?You can return any products ordered from shopable.in within 7 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.
